My Role
I led the full brand identity development for Kimiko, defining the visual direction and creating the logo, color palette, and typography system. I designed the main and secondary signage, staff uniforms, packaging (plastic bags, paper bags, cups, and delivery stickers), and all menu formats including digital TV menus for all Colombia locations, print menus, and QR menus. I also prepared production-ready files and coordinated with vendors to ensure consistency across multiple locations. Overall, I built a scalable visual system that unified the brand as it expanded.
